3)go find the brand *Assets*
4)get as many as you desire but *more that two* (you will need to layer them to get the effect you desire)
5)*TRY THEM ON FIRST* (learned from experience, they won't bind well if you don't get the right size)
6)*don't pull them over your head* slip them on like a "dress" or the elastic will wear out faster and won't work as well
7)find a tight one but *not too tight* (TRUE FACT, IF IT RESTRICTS YOUR BREATHING THAN IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR BODY OVER TIME {most likely to happen if you plan to bind every day and it's too tight, not
INFO FOR FTM BINDERS AND PACKERS!

- ACE ISSUES:
If you are binding with an ace bandage and your clips have all broken, use paperclips!
You need the bigger paperclips to do this, not the small ones.
They are more sturdy and relyable than safteypins that continue to pop open. Believe it or not, they lay flat on the bandage so they are less noticeable and don't make weird lumps on your shirt.
They are safer also and can't cut you or poke you, so if you use them you don't have to worry about bleeding.
And as usual the biggest thing that I like to help with is cost issues. Using paperclip
